Open Roles

Head of Business & GTM

Own the commercial side of LayerScale. Talk to customers, close deals, shape pricing, build partnerships. Finance, enterprise sales, or GTM background ideal. You should have a network in finance, healthcare, robotics, industrial, or anywhere AI needs to think in real-time. You know how to sell. You want to build a company, not just have a title.

Founding Engineer, Inference

Work on the core engine. Push latency lower, implement multi-GPU support, optimize GPU kernels and KV cache management. C++, CUDA, ROCm, deep understanding of Transformer inference. This is not a wrapper job. You will work on the engine itself.

Founding Engineer, Infrastructure

Build the systems layer. Session-aware routing, GPU fleet orchestration, health-aware failover, eBPF telemetry, billing. You own everything between the inference engine and the customer. Rust, Go, or C++. Experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure.

Compensation

These are equity-heavy roles. Base compensation is limited at this stage; equity is substantial. If you need a full market salary, this is not the right fit. If you want ownership and upside, let's talk.
